Hi, I’m Lori! I moved from Memphis to Murfreesboro in 2022 with my husband and we love this town! I am so thrilled to join Synergy Insurance as the Customer Experience Manager. With over 15 years of invaluable experience in customer service and a deep-rooted passion for helping others, I bring a fresh perspective and an unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. In our spare time, we love traveling to Knoxville to visit our daughter at UT, riding motorcycles, playing with our dog and cheering on the San Fransisco 49ers! I look forward to working with you and meeting everyone!
