Hello, my name is Josh. I am originally from a small town in west TN called Ramer but I left at the age of 21, 5 weeks after 9/11 to enlist into the United States Marine Corps. I served from 2001 until 2011 when I was honorably discharged for my service after completing 3 combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as 1 training and community relations deployment to Japan. I studied at Nashville State Community College towards my degree in Computer Science, but while attending classes, I was selected to enter the Nashville Metro Police Academy. I served from 2015 to 2019 on the streets of East Nashville, building community relations and fulfilling my general love of serving my community. From 2019 to 2022 I was presented with offers to enter the civilian job sector as the Operations Manager for Black Tie Moving and ChemStation International. I am excited to join this wonderful team at Synergy and look forward to building long-lasting relationships with all our customers.

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m originally from East TN but moved to Murfreesboro 27 years ago. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from MTSU in 2013. I have been in the Insurance Industry for 9 years. My approach to insurance is characterized by building lasting relationships with our customers built on trust, transparency, and genuine care. I’ve been married for 6 years and have 2 children who make my world go round. We enjoy doing things as a family such as going to the lake or camping, as long as we’re outside- we’re happy!
